How to Remove Limescale from the Toilet
Limescale is as icky and nasty as the name sounds. And deposits can build up wherever there’s hard water.
When it does, Scrubbing Bubbles® Extra Power Toilet Bowl Cleaner gives limescale build-up a nasty take down. The green liquid turns blue as it drops the boom.
Then once it’s gone, you can keep it gone with Scrubbing Bubbles® Fresh Gel Toilet Cleaning System. Just stamp a gel disc under the rim and get a fresh clean with every flush. That way, limescale doesn’t get comfortable enough to stick around.
Hard water or not, limescale doesn’t deserve a sporting chance. Not on Scubby’s watch!
Lift the toilet seat.
To remove the cap, squeeze the two textured side surfaces and unscrew completely.
Tip the bottle to fill the neck.
To remove limescale and rust coat the bowl and allow to sit for 15 minutes. In case of very tough limescale and/or rust re-apply and leave overnight.
Brush the entire bowl and flush.
Replace cap and close tightly until an audible click is heard.
For stubborn stains, allow Scrubbing Bubbles® Extra Power Toilet Bowl Cleaner to sit for several minutes.
